For the river trips you need to bring the following, expect these items to get wet:

• shorts or a bathing suit
• t-shirt
• socks

For afterwards you will want to leave the following in our heated indoor change facilities:

• Towel
• Dry set of clothes

We suggest you do not bring valuables

We will provide you with a

• life jacket
• helmet
