To book your trip drop by our office at 626 Connaught Drive in Jasper. If you are not in town you can call our office at (780) 852-3777 and use a valid Visa or Mastercard to confirm and hold your reservation.

For the daily raft trips we do recommend booking in advance . Although we may have space available right up until trip departure time even in July and August, to avoid disappointment it is advisable to prebook.

For expedition trips the more time we have to plan your trip for you, the more confident we are that it will be everything you would want it to be.

There will be no refunds given on any of the daily trips unless we receive at least 48 hours advance notice of cancellation.

Expedition trips require a 50% deposit with the balance due 30 days prior to departure . Full payment is required for all bookings made within 30 days of departure. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure time will result in the deposit being forfeited .

In the unlikely event that Rocky Mountain River Guides must alter or cancel a trip due to water conditions, insufficient bookings or other events beyond our control, alternate dates or refunds will be offered.
