Athabasca River

The Athabasca River originates 100km. south of Jasper from the glaciers of the Columbia Icefields . The river was used extensively by Fur traders between 1810 and 1860, and has been designated a Canadian Heritage River . We raft two different sections of this river, with both of them providing exceptional vistas of the Rocky Mountains and some lively rapids .

Mile 5 Run - This two hour trip is suitable for folks of all ages.

2 Hour trip, great family run suitable for all ages. Also great opportunity for wildlife viewing.

Canyon Run - A three hour round trip through a spectacular canyon, suitable for everyone over the age of 6 .

  • $37.50 per child under 12 (plus GST)
3 hour trip, great family run suitable for everyone over the age of 6
