The Environment

Rocky Mountain River Guides practices a "no trace" policy, meaning we are completely self-contained, bringing in everything we require and carrying out all garbage.

We are committed to the preservation of Canada's wilderness integrity. Our river rafting trips are planned in such a way so that we can all reach agreater understanding of the delicate ecosystems that our world depends on.

We believe that the sustainability of the environment (and the wildlife it supports) depends on establishing a common ground where everyone can be a part of the solution. Our goal is to help people gain a unique perspective of the areas we raft, from Jasper to the Canadian Rockies as a whole. We hope participants share our concern for the environment and will share their views with us.
